Welcome to Chart Chats, where I invite fellow Substackers to tumble down the human design rabbit hole with me. Picture it like a dinner party conversation—curious, lively, and full of aha moments—except you get to be the fly on the wall, soaking it all in and maybe even seeing your own chart in a whole new light.
Thank you to all of you who tuned into my Substack Live with
!This was our first Chart Chat and it greatly exceeded my (already high!) expectations thanks to Izzy’s openness and curiosity. Izzy is brand new to human design and it was so fun to introduce her to this system.
As a yoga teacher who is deeply intuitive and connected to her body, it was not surprising to learn how aligned many of her personal wellness rituals already are — but it was also fun to see Izzy’s jaw drop a little every time I shared something in her chart that resonated.
In our chat, we dive into:
The importance of rest for projectors, especially after teaching yoga
Her approach to food which is largely intuitive and very on-point for her open taste digestion
How she naturally seeks out spaces that align with her markets environment
The importance of being selective and thoughtful when it comes to people, spaces, and food in particular
How it feels to be moving “onto the roof” as a 6-line in her early thirties
How to navigate her triple split and silence a very busy mind
Here is Izzy’s chart for reference:
I’d love to hear what you thought of our first Chart Chat, as well as any feedback on how to make these even more supportive for your own journeys!
